2010 Highlights
With a record fill rate and the opening up of 8 new centres in France in 2010, HOMEBOX has confirmed their conquest of a market in excellent health and the vigour of their network.
The year 2010 has been marked by strong growth in sales (+125 000 m2 rented space) and the confirmation of HOMEBOX’s ability to seduce trans-national corporate clients (companies that have storage needs in numerous HOMEBOX centres across France) that presently represent 11% of their turnover.
During this fiscal year, HOMEBOX has developed a number of noteworthy activities to promote brand recognition and has launched a new distribution channel for their commercial offer (ex.: software application for iPhone, abbreviated phone number...). Simultaneously, the brand has professionalized their services and their knowhow with the creation of an Initial Training School and the instauration of a reservation call centre.
2011 Outlook
The year 2011 shall be marked by a renewed increase in the development of HOMEBOX with the expansion of 7 centres and the opening of 11 new HOMEBOX agencies.
This fresh expansion of the network is twinned with the reinforcement of the quality program launched years ago.
Evidently, we intend to diversify the HOMEBOX offer as well, to facilitate our adaptation to each market segment and to enrich our service offers dedicated to corporate clients.
