2010 Highlights

2010 was marked by a veritable recovery in the organic growth of the company. Profitability is once again ahead.

The commercial development plan has been a rousing success and has allowed for the acquisition of top of the line, new clients.

The service offers by Sérénis have also been expanded in 2010 so as to better serve our clients’ needs.

Over the first semester 2010, Sérénis wrapped up a major project pertaining to outgoing calls. The second semester 2010 has been defined by healthy activity related to both our long standing client contracts as well as the opening of new accounts.

2011 Outlook

The outlook for 2011 is good.

Sérénis shall continue their commercial action plan initiated in 2010 and has thus proceeded in the hiring of an experienced sales representative.

In order to realign their production tool to the development prospects in the years to come, Sérénis is planning on renovating and refitting their Chateauroux site to expand the number of posts to 100 (previously 60).

Sérénis shall sustain their efforts towards technological innovation in order to enrich their spectrum of value added services.
